Shortcuts are disabled while typing in a text field. While you edit a text layer on the canvas, single keys type text; Text editing lists the keys that apply there.
The macOS columns use the key symbols of the Mac, as the app's menus do: ⌘ Command, ⌥ Option, ⌃ Control, ⇧ Shift, ⌫ Delete (the key above Return), ⌦ forward Delete.
Keyboard layouts
Shortcuts follow the keys printed on your keyboard: on a French (AZERTY) keyboard, Ctrl + A means the key labeled A, not the key at the US QWERTY A position. Menus and tooltips in the app show shortcut keys as they appear on your layout.
In Chromium-based browsers your layout is detected automatically. You can override it — or set it manually in Firefox and Safari, where detection is not available — in the editor: the settings button at the right end of the header (tooltip Even more options) → Keyboard layout. The first entry, Auto, follows detection and names the layout in use in parentheses, for example Auto (German); picking US, German or French overrides it until you switch back to Auto.
The choice is stored in the browser, not in your account or the document: another browser or device starts on Auto again.
Available layouts: US, German (QWERTZ) and French (AZERTY). Other keyboards use the US layout.
On keyboards without Latin letters (for example Russian or Greek), shortcuts follow the physical key positions, matching the Latin sublegends printed on those keyboards.

Keys that differ on German and French keyboards
Letters and digits follow the printed key. These shortcuts use keys that don't exist, or need Shift, on the other layouts. Ctrl stands for ⌘ on macOS.

In flex layouts the arrow keys reorder the selected items instead of moving them by pixels. In grid layouts they move the selected items to the adjacent cell — nudging into an occupied cell swaps the items, and nudging horizontally past the first/last column wraps into the previous/next row.
