New updates and improvements to Moio.
Sets are live! Symbol sets allow you to group multiple variations of a symbol, making it easy to switch between different styles or states. For example, you could have a button symbol with variants for different sizes, colors, or states. It helps streamline the design process by letting you manage multiple versions of an element without duplicating work.
Introducing symbols in Moio! Now you can create and manage symbols locally, with automatic updates across instances as you edit the parent symbol. You can also detach, reset, and nest symbols.
There's no need to explain symbols (or components as they're called elsewhere). Create an object, select it, create a symbol and duplicate it to re-use instances across your file.
That's all for V1, however we're already working on V2 which will include custom properties (sets), and overrides.
A glimpse into the interface that will allow you to manipulate design and content with natural language commands. These mini agents will be able to execute tasks and significantly enhance your workflow with natural language commands. It takes the tedious out of design work. Select an object and press / on the keyboard.
The command bar will pop-up and you can enter a command such as "shorten to 50 characters" or "translate to spanish". Currently the command bar supports only content generation and manipulation.
In the future you will be able to access any functionality available in Moio from the command bar. From formatting changes, to inserting tables, multi selecting, creating whole sets of variables and expression, access anything without using your mouse (or memorizing shortcuts).
We simplified generating realistic placeholder content for cards in your designs. And not only that – we made it easy to re-use existing content structure for different content types. This way your component can generate content when it's used in the medical field or for a car repair shop.
How to use:
Insert "@" at the start of each text layer you want the content, or click "+" in the inspector section. Add instructions like min and max length or specific values if needed. If you tag a parent layer, you can set a theme that all other nested layers should follow.
